The Victoria Estate Agents Representative Program is the perfect entry point for anyone starting a career in real estate. Designed for those who want to work under the supervision of a licensed estate agent, this course equips you with the core skills and knowledge needed for roles in property sales, property management, and real estate operations. It prepares you to become a licensed agent’s representative and play a key role in the day-to-day activities of a real estate agency.

Property Sales Units
Property Management Units
Elective Units
Upon successful completion of the program you will be issued a qualification known as the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Successful completion of this program will satisfy the educational requirements to work as an agents’ representative in Victoria.
There are no formal entry requirements for this program.
However, prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment.
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.
While this program satisfies the educational requirements to apply to the regulator, you should also check Consumer Affairs’ eligibility requirements. (see here)
Our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT) options provide you with acknowledgement of previous study, skills and experience.
